General situation of

PTFE Ball ring packing is a kind of high diameter equal opening ring type packing, each layer of window hole has 5 tongue leaf, each tongue leaf inside the bend points to the center of the ring, the position of the upper and lower two layers of window hole is opposite stagger, general opening area accounts for about 30% of the total area of the ring wall. It has the characteristics of large voidage, low pressure drop and mass transfer unit height, high flood point, full vapor liquid contact, small specific gravity and high mass transfer efficiency. This structure improves the vapor-liquid distribution and makes full use of the inner surface of the ring, allowing the gas and liquid in the packed column to pass freely through the window. PTFE Bauer ring is developed on the basis of tetrafluoraxi ring. Bauer ring is a layer or two layers of rectangular holes on the side wall. The base material of the holes is not separated from the side wall but forms an inwardly curved blade. The same size Bower ring and Laxi ring have the same specific surface area and voidage, but the hole on the side wall of the Bower ring can supply gas and liquid flow, so that the inner wall of the ring is fully utilized. Compared with Laxi ring, Bauer ring not only has higher production capacity, lower pressure drop, and higher separation efficiency, but also greatly reduces the phenomenon of gully flow.


● Bauer ring is greatly improved on the Laci ring. Although the outer diameter of the ring is also equal to the height, two rows of Windows with protruding tongues are cut out on the ring wall. Each layer of window hole has 5 tongues. This structure improves the gas-liquid distribution and makes full use of the inner surface of the ring. Compared with Laxi ring, the handling capacity can be increased by more than 50%, while the pressure can be reduced by half.

● Generally, the opening area accounts for about 30% of the total area of the ring wall. Without increasing the surface area of the packing, the gas-liquid two-phase flow in the packing layer is greatly improved, and the hydrodynamics and mass transfer performance of the packing are improved.

● Suitable for all kinds of separation, absorption, desorption device, atmospheric and vacuum device, synthetic ammonia decarbonization, desulfurization system, ethyl benzene separation, iso-octane/methyl benzene separation, etc.
