Also, it is better to reduce the chances of container explosion and gas-liquid separation. Even when used in large containers, the working pressure of the ceramic pall ring packing may be much lower and more balanced than usual. The packing area and hole are too large for gas to pass through. The resistance is smaller and the quantity is much higher than before.




In practical chemical industry production, ceramic pall rings can be used in containers washed with acid liquid to filter out excess gas, so the concentration in the liquid is very high, and pall rings play an important role in ozone-related reactions. There are other types of containers, such as drying towers, some regeneration towers and cooling towers. Ceramic pall ring packing is used to obtain good mass transfer effect. In addition, ceramic itself has acid and alkali resistance, good corrosion resistance and high heat resistance, so that it is more and more widely used in paving tower.
