The tray is one of the main components in the packing tower of the chemical industry to provide gas-liquid mass transfer and heat transfer places, so that the heat and mass exchange between the two fluids are closely carried out, in order to achieve the purpose of separating liquid mixture or gas mixture components. The tray structure is composed of tray plate, downpour pipe and overflow weir, fasteners and supporting parts.

The tray is divided into two types: block type and block type. When the general diameter of the tower is 300~800mm, the whole block type is used. When the diameter of the tower is greater than 800mm, it can be divided into blocks. The block type tray plate adopts its own beam type or trough type, commonly used its own beam type.

The basic requirements for tray installation are as follows:

One, the size of the deviation range: tray plate at both ends of the support plate spacing allowable deviation of ±3mm;

2. The allowable deviation of the length and width of the tray plate is shown in the table below:

Four, the installation of the tray plate should be carried out after the fastening of the bolts of the downpour plate and beam, first assemble both sides of the bow plate, and then assemble the tray plate step by step from both sides of the tower wall to the center of the tower;

5. When the tray plate is installed, it should be fixed temporarily. After the size and gap adjustment of various parts meet the requirements, it should be fastened with clips and bolts.

VI. Each layer of tray plate is assembled, that is, the level is calibrated with a level instrument. After the level is qualified, the passage plate is removed and placed on the tray.

7. Put the lower end of the scale of the level instrument on each measuring point of the tray plate, and the difference of the liquid level count of the glass tube is the deviation value of the level;

VIII. After the installation of the tray plate, the allowable deviation of the levelness on the tray surface is shown in the table below:

The levelness on the tray should be measured in a straight line perpendicular to the direction of the liquid flow.

Negative deviation should be avoided when the column plate surface in the direction of liquid flow is tilted (the inlet end is lower than the outlet end is negative deviation).

IX. Specifications, positions and tightness of clips and bolts installed on tray plates shall conform to the drawings.

1. After the completion of the internal installation, clean the inside of the equipment, and do not leave the tools in the equipment to ensure that there is no rust, sand, wood blocks, scraps, welding rods and other sundries inside the equipment.

2. After qualified installation of tower internals, "Tower Filling Inspection Record" should be filled in immediately.

3. When closed, the inspection personnel of the relevant departments of security shall be notified for joint inspection. After qualification is confirmed, the equipment can be closed, and the "equipment cleaning, inspection and closure record" shall be filled in.
