General situation of

Without increasing the surface area of the packing, the gas-liquid two-phase flow in the packing layer is greatly improved, and the hydrodynamics and mass transfer performance of the packing are improved. Its shape and structure can be divided into the inner rib for the meter type, known as plastic Bauer ring (meters); The inner rib is well shaped and is called the plastic pall ring (well).

Because the pall ring packing in the ring wall opened a lot of window holes, so that the gas and liquid in the packed tower can pass through the window freely, so the gas and liquid distribution in the packing layer compared with the Rasch ring has a great improvement, especially the inner surface of the packing ring is easy to be wet by liquid, so that the inner surface can be fully utilized. Therefore, compared with the Rasch ring packing, the same material and the same specification of the Pall ring packing not only has greater passing capacity and lower pressure drop, but also improves the separation efficiency of the tower and increases the operation elasticity. Generally under the same pressure drop, the processing capacity of Pall ring packing is more than 50% higher than that of Laci ring; At the same processing capacity, the pressure reduction can be reduced by half, and the mass transfer efficiency can be increased by about 20%. Compared with Laxi ring, this packing has the characteristics of large production capacity, strong resistance, large elasticity of operation, in general, the same pressure drop treatment than Laxi ring 50%-, in the same treatment of pressure drop than Laxi ring small 50%-70%, high also have the same tower pressure, using plastic pall ring can be compared with Laxi link 20%-40% packing volume.


● Bauer ring is greatly improved on the Laci ring. Although the outer diameter of the ring is also equal to the height, two rows of Windows with protruding tongues are cut out on the ring wall. Each layer of window hole has 5 tongues. This structure improves the gas-liquid distribution and makes full use of the inner surface of the ring. Compared with Laxi ring, the handling capacity can be increased by more than 50%, while the pressure can be reduced by half.
